Hi there :), writing a blog about running…never thought I would do that one year ago...

My name is Dimitri Depypere, I Live in Belgium, Flanders and I am 37 years old, I work in Insurance Business as Service Manager.

I just began to run on the 5th of February 2017 on a grey Sunday…why do you think? Read my blog and I tell you all about my motivation, the energy I feel now and my will to persist, to reach my goal, to participate the TCS AMSTERDAM MARATHON on 21/10/2018!

MINDFULL RUN
“When I’m out on a long run, the only thing that matters is finishing the run. I become one with myself, with nature and things around me. Everything quiets down, and the only thing going on is pure flow. It’s just me and the movement and the motion. That’s what I love - just running through nature and try to reach my goal in 2018!
